Moreover getting jobs abroad is very competitive as you need to compete with the natives of that country first and then with remaining international candidates.
So as per your query I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your Bsc and simultaneously look for jobs abroad.
In order to get job abroad, you need to first of all find out the job opening in the area of your interest, and the best source for this are newspaper and various job portals like naukri.com and naukrigulf.
