As per RIIMs website: Minimum 50 percentile. A good score strengthens your application but does not guarantee admission while a low score does not necessarily mean exclusion. In fact they test overall potential of the student.

Studying in USA is expensive. Particularly, if you want to study medicine then there is no direct MBBS program, first you must enroll into a Bachelor's degree by taking the SAT. After you complete the Bachelor's degree you must take the MCAT and apply to medical schools. So, its a more difficult and expensive affair. For MBBS abroad, you can consider UK, Australia, Singapore, Philippines, Russia, China, etc.

Yes, you can appear for the exam after class 12th or Graduation level.It doesn't matter which stream you are from. Job exam has simple class 10th level mathematics and logical problems which everyone can solve.

Lateral entry process is very different and difficult abroad, you have to contact the colleges first and see if you meet the admission requirements and credit point requirements. All these requirements are different from college to college. Most likely you have to start from a Bachelor's degree. Also, without completing a Bachelor's degree you cannot pursue PG Diploma.
