The best possible course for you would be a masters in chemical engineering as you have a background in the same field. This course would also help you in getting a job abroad. In order to pursue MS in chemical engineering, you have to take the GRE and IELTS. If you want to make it to a good university, you should have atleast 70% and above in your undergrad, score 1200+ in the GRE and atleast 6.5 band score in the IELTS.
