None of the business schools gives us a guaranteed placement. However, a placement at SOIL is a rolling process with emphasis on lateral placements. SOIL has formed an industry association consisting of leading companies across various industry segments. However, there are no guaranteed placements given but SOIL invites several other firms for placement opportunities. As in, students have been recruited from campus by Tech Mahindra, Mercer Consulting, Dabur, Infosys and so on. Just check the previous placements on their website, for a better outlook.
