It will be best if you do M.TECH in CHE i know few persons who are working in such cosmetic companies after M.TECH in CHE or apart engineering you can study MBA in HR,Marketing specially MARKETING and get placements in such companies or via off campus jobs.all the best.

yaa why not most of the institutes prefer bsc for the course but for private universitites you can definitely get admission.now a days only the course fees you pay matters for the private universitites not the eligibility criteria.but i must tell that doing M.Tech after B.Tech is the best option.
