When a college is ABET accredited, it means that they follow a definitive standard in every aspect like academics, departments etc. Most top colleges are ABET accredited. While shortlisting a college, most students will prefer such colleges only.

Congratulation on your result. You can still get a call from SIESCOMS. The college has a policy of judging candidate potential on the basis of GD and PI. Don't worry about the result because it has only 20% weightage.Just do your best on the day of your GD and PI.Start preparing for your GD and PI. But with this score getting MMS is way to impossible.

You can try in Christ College, Bangalore. You should appear for MAT and PGCET exams in order to get concession in the fees. These exams are accepted only in Karnataka state. Don't lose hope.

The rest of the college you mentioned 60 percentile
Average of IMT Ghaziabad 13.7 equivalent or better than new iim and much better than baby iim despite of large batch size
Later college you mentioned might not see 13.7 as the highest package offered due to the fact quality of student available

You can opt for MBA but whether you should or shouldn't depends on you. You percentile is really good and you may get calls from IIMs as well and you can even opt for other tier 1 colleges.

Marksheets are usually enough for CBSE ICSE students. For 12th, you will need to show school Transfer Certificate (TC). Similarly for graduation, you will need to show mark-sheets of all semesters and transfer Certificate TC. Do check the website of particular college for complete details.
