Adesh, there are many private universities LPU, Nirma, MIT, etc. that offer direct admission on the basis of your marks in class 12th provided you have very good percentage in class 12th.

MBA programs are supposed to be rigorous academically. The placements are good with the average this time coming around Rs 7.5 lakhs per annum with the highest being around Rs 12 lakhs per annum.

Both courses have their own advantages but I suggest you to go for MBA because it will even help you to clear some government exams since B.Sc agriculture is a very good course.

MBA in Australia is the best option as jobs purely depends on your skills and situations. Don't think that you are going to get a job at first, of course you will have to spend more efforts on the entire process of exams and admission. For IIT's and NIT's you have to write JEE Mains and Advanced. JEE Mains rank can fetch you a seat in NIT whereas rank in Advanced can give you chance to get enrolled in IITs. Also, take exams such as BITSAT, VITEEE and other state exams for other top colleges.
