Management Aptitude Test MAT is a national-level management entrance examination. The test scores are used for admission to various MBA/PGDM and allied management programmes. The exam is conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA). More than 600 B-Schools accept MAT exam scores.

You can try for ISB or any foreign university. For that you have to give GMAT. If you want to gain some knowledge and improve your career prospects then go for it. But keep in mind you may not be able to get into IMS as maximum experience of 8 years is required for their executive programme. Beyond that the only choice you have is ISB in India. You can also apply in foreign universities. If you do regular MBA then it won't be of much use.
