First of all, don't feel worried. According to the bill, all the IIMS have been empowered to provide a degree instead of a Diploma. Earlier, only universities were allowed to provide MBA degrees while all the private institutes used to give a Diploma. Though the course outline is almost the same in both degree and Diploma, but the value of MBA is more, especially in countries outside India. However, the good thing is that many organizations as well as competitive exams consider Post graduate Diploma to be equivalent to MBA. Placements for the college are quite good with highest package being 18.3 lakhs and mean package around 9 LPA.

Mandatory Subjects: Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics.
Candidate should pass Higher Secondary Examination or an examination recognized equivalent, thereto with at least 50% marks in Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together or equivalent grade.
For applicants belonging to socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) category with a total annual family income not exceeding 6 lakhs, relaxation of 5% in qualifying marks is permitted.
For SC/ST applicants, a pass in the examination is sufficient.

You certainly cannot. Associate degrees are UG programs but not Bachelor's degrees. They are pathways for various degree programs. Complete a Bachelor's degree to pursue PG.
