There seems no possibility to complete B.A. After 11 years of gap. You can however, re-take admission in the same university or other to complete your graduation.

Cutoff will not be based on shift wise. All the shifts will be taken together and then the results will be announced. After the second set of examination only merit list will be announced taking best of the two marks. Then depending on seats in IIT's, number of candidates will be declared with merit list. So wait, there is enough time to start getting worried.
I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about cutoffs of previous years. NTA will announce cutoff along with declaration of results. Its expected to be around 70 percentile.

Hello Hardik,
First of all, don't feel worried. According to the bill, all the IIMS have been empowered to provide a degree instead of a Diploma. Please evaluate the pros and cons and check your list of expectations and requirements for making a

Hi Komal,
You certainly cannot. Associate degrees are UG programs but not Bachelor's degrees. They are pathways for various degree programs. Complete a Bachelor's degree to pursue PG.
