US and UK are the finest study destination to pursue MBA, how ever in order to pursue MBA from good universities in these countries you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Pursuing studies abroad is always a good option, the main reason for seeking a degree from abroad are:

To pursue masters from US, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.

The CA course requires that a CA student work as an articled clerk under practising CA.
A member practicing outside India is also eligible to engage an articled assistant subject to such additional terms and conditions as the Council may impose.
Morever, if a firm of chartered accountants has an office in India and also an office abroad (not being a separate partnership) a partner or the proprietor thereof would be permitted to train articled assistant in India or outside the country, provided that the member concerned could ensure that proper training, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations, is imparted to the articled assistants.
