- If you want to learn something, practice it consistently. Speak in English whenever and wherever you get a chance. Try to indulge in conversation with parents and friends in English.
- Confidence is something that comes by practice. Try to speak with confidence in English. It conveys the idea that you are very much familiar with the topic and can converse easily on it. Small fumbling in words are usually ignored in this case by the listener.
-Fluency and accuracy are the reverse of each other. Good fluency comes by practice. Try to be fluent while maintaining accuracy. If you feel that accuracy is getting compromised, then start speaking a bit slowly.
- Dictionary is your best companion. Whenever you encounter any new word, just make a note of it. This will help in getting the right pronunciation as well as meaning of words. It is an immense boost to your vocabulary also.
-Choose the right words. Many times people use too many words and sentences to describe even a small topic. This is not a good practice. Try to speak correctly and to the point.
-Don't be afraid to make mistakes.
-Talk to yourself in English is one of the most effective way of improving spoken English.
-Read newspaper loudly. Reading of English newspapers helps improve grammar and vocabulary, but reading them loudly helps in improving spoken English. The aim is to stretch our mouth muscles so they get used to speaking English words. Moreover our mind gets trained that yes we can speak these words with confidence.
-Watch English Movies and English channels on television.
-Read a lot of English material. Try reading English magazines, novels, comics newspaper anything that draws your interest. The more you read, the better grammar, vocabulary and thinking process in English becomes.

Don't forget that extracurricular activities include experiences like teaching little kids at weekends, any games played, performance in music band, or volunteering at the hospital.

Law Schools will see this engagement as evidence of a bonifide interest in the law and separate you from the many applicants who choose law as a default option.Volunteer with community based organizations.Demonstrate your writing skills since law is a writing intensive profession.Conduct informational interviews with as many attorneys as possible through alumni and family connections to gain a rich sense of the many areas of legal practice. Make sure you confirm some areas of interest or it probably doesn't make sense to pursue a law degree.follow us and you will be more likely to make a sound decision about your legal career and amass an impressive array of credentials for your law school applications!

Well it is always advisable to give IELTS or TOEFL before applying to any university abroad as these are usually preferred by most of the universities. Now as you have asked this question under Germany, I would like to say that for pursuing a PG or Masters, the mode of instruction / teaching is English so universities usually ask for IELTS/TOEFL as it depends from institute to institute. For engineering courses you need to give GRE and for management GMAT!
