Simar. Seems with the changes in the visa rules and the other regulations under the UK Border Agency, the college has closed down and they are no more functioning. So please do check for the correct details before you decide on any thing. If you are looking for a good MBA which is cost effective, try options for twinning programs under Edexcel which would help you immensely.

Fees of MBA 1 year full time is £9,990 per annum. Course starts at October intake

With 15 years of education UK would be the best study destination for you to pursue masters degree, as in order to pursue masters degree from universities in US you need to have 16 years of education.
