Hi, it is not clear whether you want to become a French teacher in school or college/university. In case you want to teach in a school then a masters degree in French or equivalent will be required. However if you are interested to work as lecturer in a college or university, then a Ph.D in the same will be required. Some private colleges may be ready to entertain for recruitment even if you have a masters.

Out of 960 students, roughly 750 students appeared for the campus placements, Out of which 516 students are already been placed. For the rest, the process is still going on. To keep a track of the placements at sri balaji society, you can visit www.balajisociety.org .

If you enjoy both the fields EQUALLY, then why not a combination of both of these. Try to find out what kind of research is being done in field of astronomy, and how software development is contributing in this.
Then, work back to find out who are the persons who do this, and what are their qualifications. Then, put yourself in their shoes and ask yourself, "How can I contribute?"
You will discover that you have to add to your education in a particular manner.
