Agriculture course will teach you everything about farming/ agriculture. Whereas, food preservation is processing of agriculture produce. Both these streams have good scope. If you have some ancestral agriculture land, you should go for agriculture, since you will be exploit land scientifically. Else, you should go for food preservation.

Nirma University provides placements with renowned companies, offering an average package of Rs 8.10 LPA.
JBIMS is definitely a better option for MBA as compared to Nirma University. The fee structure of JBIMS is around Rs. 2 lakh rupees and provides better placement than Nirma University.

No, it is not equal to graduation because it is only of two years. Further, to study that Diploma course, graduation is the eligibility. Secondly, both courses are same, wherever you take admission, kindly see that the placements, infrastructure, companies visited, faculty, etc. are the best.
