The Mithi bai College of Arts, Chauhan Institute of Science, and Amrutben Jivanlal College of Commerce and Economics are colleges affiliated to the University of Mumbai. The college was established in 1961 in Vile Parle, Mumbai by Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal. Admission to the UG courses at Mithi bai College is done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying exams.
