Both the job roles you have mentioned are potential career options and most sought for in the IT sector. Both the courses offer high salary and high career growth, however, based on the current conditions, the testing sector in the IT field currently is over-saturated. There are a huge number of potential candidates than the actual job vacancies. On the other hand, software development is a bit more difficult as it involves more innovation. Being difficult, many candidates are not able to make it till the end, but if one is able to do, it surely has far more opportunities compared to a Software Tester.

Like for any exam, please follow the tips as given. Perseverance, hard work, dedication are important. Assign time for each subject everyday. Assign time for exercise and yoga everyday. Assign some time for entertainment as well. Take mock test every week. Brush up weak topics. That's all. Of course most importantly, have faith in yourself.

To get admission in EAMCET, you need to get rank nearly 5000 below. If you have reservation, you can get easily if your rank ranges between 7,000 to 10,000.
In case, you belong to ST, you can easily into the EAMCET campus even for bigger rank. Especially for OC graduates, you need to get 2000 below. You need to get good rank to opt for demand branches like ECE, EEE, mechanical, etc.
