Your 12th mark will serve as a huge hindrance for a call from IIM A. I suggest you to try for colleges which are more lenient in terms of acads: MDI/FMS etc.

Hello Tushar,
You have not mentioned your state. It's a branch of engineering and hence, you have to appear for JEE Mains or CET of your state. Admissions to engineering colleges are normally based on the marks obtained in these exams.

There is no minimum score as such (B has >80% criteria, might have changed so do check)

NIRMA university offers integrated BBA+MBA course.
Yes, UGCAT is compulsory. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of UGAT will be called for personal interview. The interview centres will be announced later. The final merit list will be based on candidates' performance in the admission test, personal interview and academic performance in X and XII.

Placements are good here. Last year, it was 100%. But this time, due to market conditions & uncertainty in global market, where even IIMs are not able to make it 100% SDMIMD has still made it to 90% & still process is going on.

After completing Diploma in mechanical engineering you may join lateral B.Tech course in the Aeronautical Engineering.
