Artificial intelligence: If you read news and current affairs, these days many companies are investing in AI and resorting to AI equipped software. It also includes Deep neural networks and machine learning which are not exactly the same as artificial intelligence
Big Data: We have been hearing about this for a good long time now and this tech is still booming. I have a contact in Adobe India who is a manager of a team who deals in Big Data. There starting package is from 12 Lacs/annum. Enough said. Internet Of Things: Yet another line where you can actually grow. Sometimes it does't matter what the tech is, if the competition is low, money is high due to high demand. But one should know the in and out of the tech. Python: I BET you had this one coming. This language is here to stay. You will not believe that it has made its way into networking jobs as well. By the year 2020 we will not have designations like Network Engineer, instead we will have Network Programmer. Cisco is paving the way for the same (Software Defined Networking). So for all those Network engineers out there, only know Network protocols is not enough!
