To achieve that rank to get admission in one of the sorted colleges for B.Arch admission you need to obtain an aggregate of 150+ which is calculated by considering 50% of your NATA score + board percentile. This is for general category.
The seats for general category is very less and even less for male candidates

It is conducted by IIM-Indore as per the IPMAT eligibility criteria 2018, candidates with minimum 60 percent marks in X and XII are eligible to apply for the exam. Eligible candidates can start filling the application forms from March 12, 2018. The last date to fill the application form is April 18, 2018. The interview will be in English.

Hello Taween, Your college appears to be recognised as per your statement. But you have not mentioned place where you are located. Issue is between loosing one year by opting out and starting admission process once again against continuing in same college. I suggest that you continue in same college but may be can think of joining some tuition classes.
