I think you can get admission in aeronautical engineering branch in Acharya Institute of Technology. They have management quota seats which they are calling as direct admission. They do admit students based on KCET as well as COMEDK exams also. Yes, you may have a chance of getting into NIT-Warangal. Based on previous year cut-offs, it is quite possible that you can get it but make sure you keep a backup in your hand before waiting for 2-3 round of counselling.

Yes, you can do law after B.Tech. LL.B. Eligibility Criteria -
The minimum eligibility criteria for L. B. course is Successful completion of graduation in any discipline. Minimum 45% marks in graduation are required for general category and 40% for reserved categories. There is also a criterion for minimum marks required in graduation which may vary from institute to institute. There is no age limit for taking admission in this course.
