Yes, definitely you can go for the b.Sc course after completing diploma.
The result of your 10(+2) will only matter in this case. So there is no problem regarding admission in the mumbai university.

Hi Aunvino, on an average you will incur about 9 lacs per annum including living and tuition fee. But it could be higher or lower depending on which University you go to and which city you live in.
