If you want to quit Hotel industry and want to get into some other industry, MBA would be a right but first you need to decide the industry you to get in and then can choose the specialization. According to your background HR or Sales & Marketing could be good options.
I would like to add here that you should go for a full time degree programme to get best of job opportunities as you are planning ito switch over from Hotel Industry to some other domain.
