HI Bhupen, no one can directly study at Unviersity of Wales. Univ of Wales has institutes under it you can apply to one of those. The application process will depend on which level of course you are going for.
As you have not specified the level here am mentionning the application process for both UG and PG.
UG : In the UK, UG engineering programs are of 3 years in duration. Courses commence in September and one can not apply directly to the Universities(most of them). You need to apply through UCAS and the last date is 30 June. You have the provision of applying to 5 Universities and UCAS charges GBP 21 for it. There is a small intake in Jan, for which you don't have to go through UCAS and you can apply directly. At least 50% in 12 to get into the bottom ranked university or college. Or if you take the foundation route then you will have to study for an extra year and for that the course will commence in Jan and the main course in sep. IELTS minimum of 6.0 is expected. You need to fill the application online and upload the documents also before submitting the application.
PG : you need to fill up the applciation form along with documents specified and send the application packet to the Univ. Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses and 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
