Experience gained while employed in a particular occupation is what we call Working Experience. Work experience is valuable in building a successful career and fosters the ability to assume greater responsibilities. It's highly required when one applies for a job. Even some courses like EMBA and MBA colleges in foreign demands for the same as an eligibility criteria. Therefore, "Candidates with minimum of 3 Years of Working Experience" will be those candidates having minimum 3 years of experience gained while employed. Hope you've the answer now.
