Hi Kartik, write the entrance of IIST(Indian Institute f space Tech next year. and you'll be able to fulfill your dream. The Notification for IISAST will be released in NOv/Dec every year and the exam will be held in April.

Moreover, there are many short-term courses available, like Diploma in Labor Law, Diploma in Training and Development, Managing Training Function, Certified Management Consultant & Trainer, HR Policies and Systems etc. There are certificate courses also like that in Certified recruiter, Mentoring & Coaching, Cost Reduction through Total Employee Involvement, Psychometric Testing, 360 Degree Feedback System, Certified OD Practitioner, Competency Mapping etc.

Hi Kuke, to apply for the course an applicant should have a minimum of 60% in UG and IELTS of 6.5. Experience in military will be taken into consideration.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

hi Kuke, University of Nottingham is one the highly reputed Universities of UK and graduates of this University have no difficulty in finding employment after completion of course. The subject has very good scope in western countries.
But as there is not PSW period of international students now, one needs to find a relevant job before completing the course.
