Hi,
After completing BE your brother have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However, as per his proofile I would suggest that he should work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies. The advantage of this step would be:
- He will gain relevant work experience.
- After working he will know which course to pursue that can further enhance his career prospects, i.e. if he wish to build your career in technical field, then he may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if he is interested in management then he may pursue MBA.

Hi, Malaysia has some of the best Engineering University campuses. If you are confident of scoring atleast 85% and above you can try for University of Nottingham, Monash University and University of Southampton. All 3 are great Universities and are ranked in the Top 200 Universities in the world and ranked above the IIT's in the world rankings. Take a look at all the 3 universities and you will find a good variety there. The cost will be in the range of about 6 to 8 lakhs per year. All the best.
