After completing BE your brother have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
However, as per his proofile I would suggest that he should work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- He will gain relevant work experience.
- After working he will know which course to pursue that can further enhance his career prospects, i.e. if he wish to build your career in technical field, then he may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if he is interested in management then he may pursue MBA.
- If he is interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help him to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance his career prospects.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, he will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
Finally, if you work for some years then he may himself manage the expenses of his further studies.
I would suggest that before opting for any course your brother must first decide in which field he wish to build his career and accordingly he can select the best course as per his interest and liking.
As a student he should give his 100% in whichever course he opt for, and if he does well then getting a good job with handsome salary should not be a problem.
