With BCA you may not be to get job in top IT companies or MNCs. You will take few years experience to catch with MCA graduates salaries. Also you might face challenges for onsite assignments. I am of the opinion that you must do MCA for a long term successful IT career. If you are not in position to do MCA now because of personal reasons then you must plan higher education by distance learning while in job.

Hi Ayan, the eligibility criteria for E-MBA is a graduation degree from a UGC certified institute and 5 years of work experience. EMBA program accepts NMAT and GMAT scores. The cutoff for NMAT is 200 and the same for GMAT is 600. Candidates are then shortlisted for a round of interview before final admission. The intake is around 120. My advice for you will be aim for a high NMAT or GMAT score, that will make your life easier. All the best.

Environment for girls is very good if you are talking for safety purpose all the necessary preacaution are being taken by collge. There are many committee which take charges of that. You will be always treated as a equal to boys. And sorry to say you don't have gym facility but you will be getting yoga classes which makes you fit without liftingweights
