You have apparently no chances for NIT's or IIIT's even under home state quota!! So better try in good Private institutions! Some even conduct their own entrance tests!!
You may go for VIT/ SRM as top choices if u have good rank in their entrance test!
otherwise go for DAV University or Amity University or any state college! HOPE that helps & answers ur queries!! Feel free to clarify ur doubts!

but document verification and document uploading needs to be done there
They will give you 15 days for the same
and they still havent declared any date so my guess it might be between 20th may -9th june for document verification
Then the online form filling comes which is 5 days later so there's still time
