Hello Pratik,
There are plenty of colleges in India which offer aeronautical engineering as a branch for study, but unfortunately you cannot seek admission in all of them. This is so because all the government and aided colleges are admitting students who are domicile of that state. So you can get admission in a similar college of the state of which you have domicile, else you can seek admission in deemed to be university or even private unaided engineering colleges offering this branch. You have completed your B.Tech, so try to appear for admissions based on your eamcet rank and if you not feel comfortable with the colleges you get in admission process then get into the college you like the most through management quota.
Try to choose the one which makes you feel ease and comfortable because you need to study in the college fr four years. All the best!
