There are plenty of colleges in India which offer aeronautical engineering as a branch for study, but unfortunately you cannot seek admission in all of them. This is so because all the government and aided colleges are admitting students who are domicile of that state. So you can get admission in a similar college of the state of which you have domicile, else you can seek admission in deemed to be university or even private unaided engineering colleges offering this branch. Both the institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option. However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute. You can consider the below parameters :
