Hello Admit, from the presently available information it can definitely be said that the state of Uttar Pradesh is going to conduct entrance exam for admissions to different engineering colleges in the state. At the moment the dates of registration have been postponed and I feel that it will keep getting postponed till the decision about conduct of examination of 12th standard is not taken by different states as well as by the central government for CBSE students. Best wishes to you.
