Hi Neelesh, Engineering in Germany at bachelors is 4 yrs in duration. Indian class 12 as such is not considered equivalent with German class 12. So Indian students are eligible to apply for a bachelor programme if they fulfill one of the following criteria:

Hi Chandra, for PG courses normally a 6.5 is expected in IELTS. Take it as at least 6.5 if not mentioned on the University website.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.

Many Universities are giving admission to students having qualification of 10+2 with any stream i.e.Arts/commerce/Medical/Non medical. e.g. Punjab Universitty/ Punjab Technical Univesity Jullundur/ Kurukshetra University, kurukshetra/ MDU Rohtak,Haryana & many more. Hi Magala, Swiss degree in India is a good option. But what you need to look for is the degree from a recognised college or univ in Switzerland. Also, find out will you be given an opportunity to complete a part of your degree in Switzerland. This is necessary as this is what will give you an actual picture of what you are studying.
Don't worry about rascism, this prevails in India as well. Be strong.

Hi Chandra, it is actually not free education but education at subsidized rate. It is the same for all students and Indians are not excluded.
It will cost you Euro 500 per semester and for living you will incur about Euro 740 per month.

Hi Abinash, a minimum of 1100 is required to take admission. Am sorry but this score is low. It is as such very difficult to get admission in a German University. This score will make it all the more difficult for you.
My suggestion to you would be either wait and reappear for GRE or try in other countries where GRE is not mandatory for admission.
