As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.

Selecting IT as specialization in MBA is good option, if you have undergraduate degree like:
Bsc IT
B.Tech Computer science, and related fields.
So if you had any of these related course in graduation, then selecting MBA IT and marketing would be the best option for you.
