Compositing S/w-Nuke, Fusion, Aftereffects
Editing S/w- Final Cut Pro, Premier, Avid
You may learn few skills and explore others by downloading tutorials.However, ensure to learn other comprehensive skills related to digital media including Graphics, Audio-Video, 2D Animation, 3D Animation etc,as merely depending upon a specific area will limit your Career to only Roto, Clean Up, Paint, Compositing, editing etc.
