You can also look out for INLEAD. The Institute is located in Gurgaon. They provide 1 year of Post Graduation Diploma in Event Management & Public Relations. This is a full time course and in 1 year duration students would be having 6 months of industry exposure through which they can earn back up to 50% of their fees during the course.

No one can say surely that you will. Assuming your parents are ready for donations, even in that case its wise to start early as there is competition in that also.
If you want to study MBBS complete your MBBS in Russia and get an internationally recognized degree that is equal to a degree received in any European country (as per the laws of the Bologna Convention) and practice in India or whichever country in the world like thousands of our Indian students (more than 50% girls) are already doing.
Finish your entire course in INR 12 - 15 lacs (universities being government universities and hence fees subsidized by the government)
