To become a commercial pilot :
* You need to first possess a Student Pilot License. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in Science (Physics and Mathematics) with 50%.
* Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
* You need to register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
* Next is Private Pilot

MCA is 3 year PG program with having lateral entry in some of the universities. It's a master degree in Computer Applications.
If you can get admission in top college like NITs, JNU or other government college then your future will secure. For admission there you have to qualify the entrance exam. You should have maths for at least one year in UG with 55%.
Maximum entrance exams for MCA contain Maths, Computer Knowledge, English, Logical Ability Questions.
Some of the good universities for MCA:
NIT, JNU, DU, PUNE Univ, GGSIPU, GBTU, VIT, BITs.

If you belong to reservation like sc/st then there is chances to get the nits and for general category there is tough . and your rank is about 50,000 not confirm you can check it from resonace or fiitjee rank predictor which helps you to find your rank . you can apply on the some private colleges like sharda university , lpu etc . best of luck

Congrats to your son. IITM is very good college. But if you are from outside delhi having no reservation then you should also look for other college.
Jagannath International Management School,
Trinity Institute of Professional Studies,
Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies are some of the good colleges.
In IPU, admission is based on pure counselling. Check regularly for the seat availability in the colleges on their site.
