Hi,
You may not get a good college on the basis of this rank however, you may choose institute with minority status if you belong to linguistic minority such as Hindi , Sindhi , Punjabi
Few of them are Lala Lajpatrai, Thakur College, N L Dalmia etc

Dear Mahima,
Admissions vary every year depending on the number of applicants and cutoffs. The basic eligibility to pursue Physics hons is 60% or above marks in the aggregate and 60% or above marks in Physics. However, the cut off for colleges might go as high as 90% plus.
In order to apply, you need to first clear your compartment paper.
For more, I would suggest you to speak with the institute officials directly
