It is good, I would suggest you to look into BGS School of Architecture and Planning, Bangalore too, which is approved by Council of Architecture, the competent authority for Architecture education and licensing in India .

Even I am not sure. If you are able to register on DTE website through ATMA score then you can apply to college, otherwise not, as all seats are allotted via DTE CAP round process as it is Government college and there are no institute level rules. So register through DTE or else you will have to contact the office of Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute.

No. Why do you want to pursue Mobile Application or Computer Application which is completely unrelated to Bachelor of Commerce? You could pursue an M.Com/MBA/Masters of Financial Management, etc., Hope this helps. Thanks!
