You can sit for CAT after graduation and than apply for good MBA colleges. IIM-Kolkata is best for Finance, you can also look for NMIMS, FMS, TAPMI, IFMR, GIM, LBS-Delhi for Finance. In finance, particularly financial analytics is much required in most of the investment banks and credit rating agencies.

I can say that there is no limit for the number of preferences we place in the order but the order is very important because for example if you have placed 70 options and you got 44 in the first round then from 45 to 70 all those will be cancelled for further rounds, only 1 to 44 options will be continued as they will serve as final choices for the second round.

These 3 colleges are better for engineering. SASTRA University, Kumbakonam campus is not the main campus. So it will be better if you go for the Thanjavur campus if you want to prefer SASTRA University.
SRM University, Chennai (KTR campus) is alone the best among all the other campuses of SRM University.
So my preference order will be:
1) SRM University (main campus alone)
2) SASTRA University, Kumbakonam campus
3) Rajalakshmi College of Engineering, Chennai
