Yes you can but for this you have to give GATE exam in ECE only for VLSI Degin Master course. Just prepare for GATE for ECE branch. You can check the syllabus of GATE ECE you will find some of the subject are common in EE and ECE and remaining you can prepare in less time also. Just go with the concepts the branches are not too different. All institute in government allow Master in VLSI to ECE branch only not EE. Hope it solved your query. Best of luck.

Yes, you can very well go for Graduation in Aviation after 10+2 in Bio, Phy., Chemistry. Generally, PCM is required as eligibility for Graduation in Aviation. To get into top colleges like IITs and NITs or IIST for Aviation than you need to crack JEE with good score.

If yes, then you could easily migrate.
If no, then you need to contact the college in which you want to migrate and take a NOC certificate from the college in which you are currently studying.
