It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in aeronautical engineering branch from Georgia. Unfortunately, not much is known about details of concessions in tuition fee, etc. If a student is in the top 10. As a rule of thumb, almost all universities offer some concession or the other to students securing a good position in the exam. Perhaps you will have to contact alumni or the institution directly for further details.
