Hi Amol, you should check the rating for the department and the TQA rating for the subject and the department. This will give you a fair idea of the quality of teaching happening at the university. Also, it is the department rating that matters more than the University rating.

If u do ME. then u wil deal with the application of scientific and engineering principles to the design and control of all aspects of fiber, textile, and apparel processes, products, and machinery. These include natural and man-made materials, interaction of materials with machines, safety and health, energy conservation, and waste and pollution control. Additionally, u will be given experience in plant design and layout, machine and wet process design
