Hi Venkatesh, as said above it does really depend on what subject you want to study. A class based MSc (like Business) is will be around 9000, with the exception being MBA which is around 15000 as it is a far more advanced qualification. If you are doing a lab based course like Life Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, then you can expect to pay 11000-15000 as there are more resources required for these courses.
Kankshi is right when she says living expenses are 5400, but that is the minimum the UKBA advises you account for. The reality is that will cover quite a minimal lifestyle, so being more realistic I always say to allow 6500.

If you are a graduate in Fine Arts, then you should not have any problem getting admission for a postgraduate course in a good university in UK. But you can only appy in one of major subjects you studied at undergraduate level. Universities will probably be looking for a high second class degree and a good IELTS score of 6.5.
