I prefer you should opt any Post Graduate Degree & not to go for a Diploma.
& your first preference should be MBA.
Now you question, What stream you need choose in MBA.
Dear, you do that which you love the most, always remember
Running behind success will always keep you RUNNING.
Running towards your passion will always keep you HAPPY. thus you can be successful.
You need to choose your specialization in second year of MBA mean while you will be so matured to choose your liking.
Never follow what your friends are doing,
Never do course in force of family,
Take experts suggestion, but DO WHAT YOU LOVE after all its your PRECIOUS LI

You have to go for some good languages in which you can learn amny thing and helpful to make project , like PHP , Dot Net, Java, today you can learn about PHP , there are ot of framework already developed in PHP and now this is in good demand in all type of company because project in PHP have less cost and pages make in PHP is very light and very easy to upload in less time , in java there are all big project are make in this in which security main reason like defense project but you can go for PHP for easy to get job , becasue there are many job option in PHP
