Go for NIOS and first complete your 12th and simultaneously do any computer course so that it can support you in future. 12th is Basic and it will support you allot. After that you take admission in any regular college. If you are weak then after taking admission in NIOS will give you time to do studies like you can take tuitions and improve your weak parts.

To apply for this exam you can do it offline or Online.For OFFLINE you have to buy the application form from the designated post offices of the country and send to the given address.
For ONLINE application form you can fill it on the official website of UPSC called www.upsconline.nic.in.
After applying for the exam you will be called for the written examination and after clearing the exam they will call you for the SSB interview's and one medical test.
If you qualify these stages then you will be called for Joining the AIR
