Medical representative is also a nice job as you can grow into being an Area Manager, Regional Manager etc. You should have done post graduation soon after B. Pharm to get your career pushed in the right direction. If you can still do it then you should go fir it. Or else try to do MBA with specialization in the field you want to your career to move.
