Yes, you can apply for PG course after completing your graduation from Sikkim Manipal University through distance learning. All you have to do is just to score more then 50-55% in your graduation, so that you can apply for PG courses in this College.

The minimum qualification required for entry into B. Ed course is a Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from recognized board/university. A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation. A minimum aggregate score of 55% at post-graduate level.

If you are interested in teaching, then you can easily make your career in teaching after BA. You have to do MA in your specialized subject, then after that you can do B.Ed or Ph.D as per your preference.

It depends on the college's admission process but most of the college needs at least 50% in 10+2, their rank cutoff changes every year.
HERE IS THE ELIGIBILITY
Passed 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate with pass in English (core or elective or functional) and Mathematics or Computer Science/Informatics Practice/Computer Applications.
OR
Three-year Diploma in a branch of Engineering from a polytechnic duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education and affiliated to a recognized examining body with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
