Placements depend on the college that you have taken admission in, most colleges have a placement cell, while others provide counselling and links to firms which hire off campus. Nowadays, there is nothing as an assured placement and it all depends on the will of the student to perform and work towards their goals.

I think veterinary is better than BAMS as a vet has to do lots of things, even surgeries and an ayurvedic doctor only plays with medicines. Moreover, the studies of Ayurveda is quite complex as compared to vet and nowadays more and more people prefer keeping pets for relief from depression which has an edge for veterinary doctors.

First of all if you want to pursue engineering, I would recommend you to focus more on engineering entrance exams rather than your 12th percentage as every competitive exams requires a minimum of 75% marks as an eligibility criteria so even if you score in the range of 75-80% marks that would suffice .

The faculty is the best faculty you will find in any college. Placements are also really good most the students opt for some go for entrepreneurship.
