You will have to give JEE advance for this purpose. Admissions for any kind of engineering are not done on the basis of CET but it is done on the basis of JEE especially if you are looking for a well reputed college.

You are advised to change your stream based on your interests. You may evaluate doing MBA, MA in Mass Communication, MA in Social Works, PR & Advertising etc.

As you are JEE aspirant, expertise in C and C++ is sufficent to help you in your acedmics in engineering graduation degree.

On deciding to pursue a course, first, you need to analyse if you have a serious interest in that particular field only then you'll be able to take a right decision.

NIOS is a valid and recognised board so you can study further. But you have to check the eligibility criteria and cut-offs of the colleges. With 60%, you can check private colleges.

You do not have technical or IT background, therefore, you may find it difficult to do AI courses.
