B.Des is a complete course in itself. It would be all you need. If you are looking for a specific course then there are a lot of fashion institutes offering certification courses and Diplomas in apparel designing. You could look up the courses on Shiksha.com

You need to learn about Japanese culture, art, literature, music, drama, script, etc. Manorama year book is really helpful.

You will have to confirm it from the civil aviation authority of your nation, if they will accept an Indian licence to be converted to their licence. If they allow such a provision, then you can fly in India for CPL.
Indian students also go overseas to fly for CPL training. After completion of CPL outside India, the license gets converted to India CPL by DGCA India.
Similarly, you will have to confirm if they allow conversion of Indian CPL to your country's CPL.

No, there is no subject-wise cut-off in AILET. Your score will be calculated at the end, which will be cumulative. Though the exam is divided into sections, the scoring is cumulative.
