As you are preparing for the airforce best is to do B.Tech, as it will give you the widest options in airforce. For B.Tech, you have to give the JEE exam or other state engineering exams. You can also do engineering from a private university. Don't pursue BA, as it limits your option to only CDS.

Yes, you can give CLAT in 2020. The minimum eligibility requirement for CLAT is scoring 45-50% marks depending upon your category in class 12th. But, if you have not passed your accounts exam, then you have to clear it first.

PSGM will be better according to me. Placement will be good. MBA in marketing is in demand hence you can choose it. You have to work a bit harder because of your low UG percentile because company won't accept such low scores.

The minimum cut off is 65%. So, MS University. You should either take admission in private university or you should give improvement exam to raise your 12th percentage and then appear for admission in the MS university.
